(Teaching Age Appropriate Language for Kids) program, an evidence-based treatment approach for children ages 18 months to 3 years, at RHSC. T.A.A.L.K. is a collaborative intervention between the speech/language pathologist and parents which focuses on developing the parents’ skills as the primary interventionist. |

Hood, Texas, as well as the Texas School for the Deaf and the University of Texas Hearing and Speech Center. In her current position as a Senior Clinical Audiologist at Rochester Hearing and Speech Center, she has been performing hearing evaluations and dispensing hearing aids for the past 9 years. Her special area of interest is Hearing Conservation, especially for military personnel and musicians. |

Her clinical experiences in the Gainesville, FL, Washington, DC and Rochester, NY communities have prepared her to diagnose, manage and treat hearing and balance disorders. One of her most rewarding experiences as an audiologist was her involvement in humanitarian trips to Yucatan, Mexico where she was able to provide hearing healthcare to remote communities. |
