In an article, this week, NEWSWEEK list its Top Ten US cities dying fastest based on lost population. Here's their list:

9- Flint, Michigan
8- South Bend, Indiana
7- Detroit, Michigan
6- Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
5- Cleveland, Ohio
4- ROCHESTER, NEW YORK
3- Hialeah, Florida
2- Vallejo, California
1- New Orleans, Louisiana
NEWSWEEK ranks us 4th based on the number of people...especially young people...who've moved out becasue of the sagging economy at Kodak and other local businesses. The article says one in four people in Rochester is 18 years of age or younger.
