Terry Clifford
Hometown: Auburn, NY
Now Lives In: Penfield
Birthday: August 31st
Family: Me and the Bood Man have 2 college age kiddos, both Buffalo bound! Life is supposed to get quieter now but still no sign of that!
Things I love about my job, first and foremost I love Jeremy and Steve, EQUAL! I play no favorites. I thank the good Lord for Tom George, who, for the most part, comes to my defense….not always…. but I am so grateful for him as well. I am so lucky to have them in my life and share this wacky show with them. The rest of the crew here, Billy, Big Daddy and the gang are blessings every one. The artists are among the nicest, most humble people I have ever met. I love the music, our building is sweet and the collection of radio stations in the High Falls Studios are the best on the air in Rochester NY!!!! I’m a lucky lady, 26 years into it, I’m still livin’ the dream. Thanks for making that possible for me Rochester!

Steve Hausmann
Hometown: Boston, MA
Now Lives In: Brighton
Birthday: February 9 (same as my Dad…a few years apart!)
Family: Wife, Julie…Son, Stevie (22 years old, now)…no pets
I love to eat, cook and travel…in that order…hopefully all at the same time!
Steve is the epitome of the lifelong broadcaster. As a boy, he would listen to Red Sox games on his transistor radio under his pillow each night while trying to go to sleep…hoping to someday be their play-by-play announcer. His radio career began as a teenager at a small station in his suburban Boston hometown. While studying at Emerson College, he worked summers at WHDH in Boston. Upon graduating, he earned his first full-time gig at that station.
In 1987, his career brought him to Rochester and, though there have been a few stops since, including a ten-year stint as weekend sports anchor at WHEC-TV10, Steve has found a home at WBEE where he has worked since 2001 and since December 2004 as Co-Host of The BEE Morning Coffee Club.
In his ‘down’ time, Steve loves to cook, travel and spend time with his wife, Julie. They live in Brighton. Their son, Stevie, attends graduate school at The University of Vermont.

1. I was born and raised in Warren, PA, which is 75 miles southeast of Erie. Check the bottoms of your plastic travel mugs…chances are, one of them is a Whirley Mug, which was made in my hometown.
2. Both of my sisters graduated from RIT, my older sister Jennifer in 1996 and my younger sister, Lisa, in 2007. I have been coming to Rochester since 1992, had my first plate in 1993, and finally PAID for my own plate last week for the first time. For future reference, I’m cheeseburger with beans, home fries and EVERYTHING!
3. I have celiacs disease which means I have to live a “gluten free” lifestyle.
4. I am a college freshman and hope to have an Associates Degree in Marketing by 2011. God willing.
5. In my life, I have sold cars, cell phones, shoes, Clinique makeup, radio advertising, I have been a bartender, server, a check out girl at a Hardware store, worked at Domino’s Pizza, and have finally settled in my career of radio where I have been a DJ for seven years.
6. My favorite food is sushi…most notably, Salmon and Yellowtail.
7. I am a Star Wars and Harry Potter fanatic.

Big Daddy Dave Beck
Hometown: East Irondequoit
Now Live In: Greece (since 1980)
Birthday: January 20th
Family: Happily married to Connie since 1981. We have two honorary daughters, Bethany (who is married and has family of her own) and Jessica (who’s a single working woman living here in Rochester). We also have a seven pound Chihuahua named Gizmo.
I am a student of the Bible. When I’m not working, chances are you’ll find me at Calvary Chapel of Greece, where the pastor is a teacher rather than a preacher. We go through the Scriptures book by book, line by line. That way, I’ve found that the Bible actually teaches itself.

Tod Allen
While we look for a permanent replacement for Wes, Tod Allen will be sitting in. Tod says "I was taught radio by an ol' country D.J. that told me if it weren't for the listeners, there's nobody for us to talk to," Tod says. "And now 21 years later, I get to continue the tradition by talking to Bee listeners and not at them. I want to connect with their day that will make them feel good, stir a feeling or just make them think hard about what's being said."
He came to the BEE in 1999 from the heart of Kansas and his accent is the real deal. He‘s worked radio since he was old enough to drive to the first station that put him to work as an intern at age 14, KFDI. In his 24 years, he's worked just about every type of radio format and time slot but reverts to his true love of country sighting that it's the story that country music tells in the lyrics. Aside from his time in radio, he's worked as a Sheriff's Deputy and a newspaper business manager, which he says that he uses all of his previous work experience when he's on the air. "Sometimes you’re a counselor, a peace maker or just a friend to talk to. Where else can I have so much fun and they pay you for it?"
When he’s not on the air or at Bee events, he’s busy trying to find someone a new home as a Rochester Realtor® with Century 21 Capital and his website, www.MyRochesterRealtor.com. In his spare time, what there is of it, Tod and his wife travel New York State seeing the sights of the wine country, Rochester events and making the concerts that come to town. "I love Rochester and the people that have treated us so well," he says. He also is a member of the most active Rotary club in the area - Greece Rotary and a fire commissioner with the Ridge Road Fire District. His family consists of his wife Karen and two dogs; Tango - a white German Shepherd and Scoop - a salt n' pepper miniature Schnauzer.
"I want everyone to feel like they can pick up the phone or email me while I'm on the air and I'll do my best to make you feel like you're one of the gang," Tod continued. "Always remember, to have a day like you want it to be and not like the other person thinks it should be…and we'll see you down the road."

Brian Chase
Well- it all started with one song: "Another Brick in the Wall" - I was that young punk who would call the radio station and request the song a million times a day until it was played. After that, I decided that I wanted to be that person on the other side of the phone who was fielding the calls. It took many years to achieve that goal, and believe it or not, never listened to country until I bartended at this little club called Hoo-Ha’s, and then the fun really began, and the country took hold.
Then after that, back in '97, I got the chance on some little college station called Z-89 in Syracuse.- I was offered Saturday-days-prime time! Then came the infamous "incident" and that was all it took- I graduated to the big leagues- overnights on B104.7 in Syracuse. That is where I was up until July of 2004. I decided that I needed to come back home to Rochester and bask in the glow of the warmer sun here rather than Syracuse. That is my radio career in a nutshell, as well as a few oddball stations along the way.
During the week, I support myself by selling my blood to the Red Cross ( just kidding!) I am a master GM tech as well as a caretaker for my 2 varmints ( I have 2 VERY long haired cats that keep me busy vacuuming) I am an avid boater, as well as an adrenaline junkie, I have skydived, bungee jumped and bridge jumped. If it goes fast enough to make most stomachs twist, it is for me! I live for NASCAR during the season and tend to frequent the DIRT tracks in the area. But, I do have a tender side as well. I have 2 nieces and a nephew that I tend to spend time with and the best part: I get to give them back at the end of the day!!
But seriously, I am a huge fan of country music. Among the favorite memories of people I have met are: Mark Chesnutt, Reba, Martina, Trace Adkins, Mark Wills, Diamond Rio and I cannot forget Chely Wright- I still fall asleep looking at the picture of the two of us-VAVOOM! Yet, I still listen to all of the 80's hairbands- cheesy as it may sound, it makes me think back to a time when I had a mullet, yet alone still having some hair. Oh by the way- I can be classified as a suburban cowboy- I do drive a full size pickup truck and love to ride motorcycles.
And that is me in a nutshell!

Kelly Hylton
I was born in Rochester but grew up in Phoenix, where it’s really, really hot. (I mean it; I’ve lived through 122 degrees! -Oh the stories I could tell you.) I moved back to Rochester in ’97 where I rediscovered the concept of FOUR seasons, including winter, which brings SNOW. Consequently, I also discovered the joy that comes from driving in snow, as well as the backache that comes from shoveling it.
Before radio I was a police dispatcher and 911 operator for about 13 years. That was a stressful and hectic job, which taught me how to handle pressure and not sweat the small stuff. I am currently finishing my degree in broadcast communications at SUNY Brockport (last semester, yeah!)
I have three talented and intelligent boys (can you tell I’m proud?) whom will no doubt become rich and successful when they get older, enabling me to retire and live the life I truly deserve. Until that day, I’ll keep plugging away, and hopefully you’ll spend some time with me, listening to WBEE. -Give me a call and tell me what you want to hear, 222-WBEE!

Kyle Jackson
A relatively new member of the WBEE family, Kyle Jackson has been enjoying his introduction to Rochester's country music fans. "We have the some of the best listeners anywhere, I tell ya," he says, "and when I get calls with requests or questions, what amazes me is the range of folks that are listenin' - from young folks to gen-xers to older folks, it's all over the board, and that's amazing! Not only that, but how many stations have listeners that'll actually bring cookies down to the station just to let us know how they love what we do? Gotta love that!"
Kyle moved to Rochester a little over six years ago, and before coming here lived at times in Florida, California, Long Island and Washington, DC, as well as Pittsburgh, PA where he did his undergraduate work at Carnegie Mellon University. Kyle is also one of a handful of people that claims to really like Rochester winters and shoveling snow. He claims this is due to the fact that he was brought up in Florida as a kid, so snow is still pretty cool stuff. He was also raised on country music when he was younger, then rejected it as soon as he became a teenager and realized he was supposed to reject whatever his folks liked, and came back to the fold about seven years ago. "There's this whole period in country that I missed in the late 80s and early 90s, but I seem to have gotten through it OK."
Some of his current favorite artists include Terri Clark ("I tell ya, I would be that woman's pool boy if she wanted me to..."), Toby Keith, Lee Ann Womack, Keith Urban, the Dixie Chicks ["Natalie Maines could stand on stage an' sing the white pages and I'd listen all night."] with new names getting added to the list all the time. "Another awesome thing about bein' at the Bee is that I get to learn about all the new folks comin' on the country scene and follow 'em as they make their way up. A definite job perk!"

Jared
Ever since I was little, music has played a huge part in my life. Whether it was me singing E-I-E-I-O or listening to Brooks and Dunn with my mom, it’s always been around. After that it kept going during hockey season, because I was always listening to music to get myself ready for game day. Now, working for WBEE brings it to a whole new level, letting me get into your house and car to share my own love of music with everyone who listens.
When it comes to country stars, you can find me drooling over Kellie Pickler and Taylor Swift any day of the week.
I went to high school in Mount Morris, and I recently graduated from SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, with a minor in Psychology. During my college years I worked for The Point which was an invaluable learning experience. I learned more than I ever would in a classroom and it furthered my desire to pursue a career in radio.
When I’m not working at WBEE, you just might find me at the Geneseo Wegmans ringing up groceries for some extra cash in my pocket.
Work isn’t all I do though. In my free time, I enjoy what just about every other male enjoys; playing video games and watching sports. Hockey rules my life. I go to as many Sabres games as possible and try to catch every game I can on TV. I also spend my time reading all sorts of books. A couple of my favorite authors are Chuck Palahniuk and Christopher Moore.
