Hometown: Quantico, VA (sort of…I’ll explain).
Now Lives: In the heart of Rochester.
Birthday: November 23.
Family: 2 Brothers, Jordan and Jake, and 1 sister, Jessica. I’m second oldest in the bunch. Plus my mom and pop are included too. Both of my parents are retired from the United States Marine Corps in the early 2000s, and when I was a kid I moved around…a lot. So I was never in more than one place until 1996 when we landed in Quantico, VA. I lived there until 2005, when I moved up to Western New York to attend the State University of New York College at Brockport. I graduated in 2009 with a degree in Biology and Broadcast Communications, got a job at Entercom, and haven’t looked back since.
Things I Love: Moustaches, roller derby, robots, books, cats, eclectic furniture and laughing, lots of laughing.
- Food: I don’t really have one. I like food of every kind.
- Things to Do: Get up early and head to Rochester’s Public Market (Mmm…food), play roller derby, browse the interweb, find new music, and watch trailers for movies.
- Sport: Roller Derby, it’s an amazing sport with amazing women! I LOVE being a part of Roc City Roller Derby, and I’m a big fan of soccer and hockey (that’s a new one for me)!
- Favorite Thing about Rochester: The public markets (they really are the bee’s knees), and really just how diverse the city is. This is definitely home to me.
